This is where end customers browse a list of partners, view their profiles and engage on their solution offerings: integrations, apps, services or product listings.

Your marketplace could be setup to facilate one or more solutions types. As an exemple, you could have technology partners listing their apps or integrations or SI’s. MSPs listing their product or service packages.

Your marketplace can house multiple partner and solutions types all underneath a single template. The search and filter experience for your users will dynamically update based on the enabled solution toggle.

These listings can include information such as: deliverables, timelines, costs breakdown, what's not included, and a CTA to send the partner an inquiry.

When partners create these listings, they're able to define their own set of contextual content with custom fields to explain their solution.

Technology listings explaining how a partner's app or integration connects to your solution. This listing will contain information about the app/integration, how it works, features, pricing, and a CTA to get install/ download the asset.

Automated system notification emails are sent to users based on different events triggered by actions taken by the administrator, partners, and your customers.

Admin Portal

Based on user roles & permissions, this central management center will be used to manage all data relating to your partners and end customers. In this portal, you will be able to review, approve and manage partner accounts and app, integration or solution listings.

As an administrator, you're able to manage partner operations all the way from the first engagement touchpoint. Starting with the marketplace application form, interested partners are able to submit an application to become a partner and from there you can kick-off your vetting process.

Users that complete the application form won't the able to access the marketplace partner portal until you've approved their application and only once approved, partners will be gain access to start creating their solution listings.

The entire review and approval operation workflow is managed via your account management dashboard in the admin portal.

As an administrator, you're able to manage the full lifecycle of your partner's listings.

Once a partner completes the listing form for an app/integration or solution, you're notified to start the review process and can choose to approve, decline or send the partner a list of requested changes.

At every step the partner is notified about the status of their listing and partners are able to engage in an in-app chat with administrators through the entire lifecycle of their listing.

The entire review and approval operation workflow is managed via your app and solution management dashboards in the admin portal.

If you have existing partner, app and solution data saved in a different tool or excel sheet, use our import wizard to migrate this data over into the marketplace. This makes it easier to invite your partners to manage their accounts with existing content that they can update themselves.

You can manage user roles and permissions so that you can decide who gets to do what.

Custom roles ands permissions can also be setup based on your own business processes.
