1. Service Description

Morphed Intelligence provides AI-powered HubSpot optimization services including portal audits, strategic blueprints, and implementation guidance. Our platform integrates with your HubSpot account to deliver personalized recommendations.

2. Account Terms

• You must have a valid HubSpot account to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per organization is permitted
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Pricing and Payment

• All plans are one-time payments processed securely through Paystack
• Starter Plan: $400 USD - Basic optimization features
• Growth Plan: $850 USD - Advanced analytics and blueprints
• Scale Plan: $1500 USD - Enterprise features and priority support
• All prices are final and non-refundable after service delivery begins

4. HubSpot Integration

By connecting your HubSpot account, you grant Morphed Intelligence permission to:

• Access your portal data for analysis and optimization recommendations
• Generate reports based on your marketing, sales, and service metrics
• Provide strategic blueprints tailored to your business needs
• You can revoke access at any time through your HubSpot settings

5. Service Limitations

• Our AI recommendations are advisory only and do not guarantee specific results
• Implementation of recommendations requires action on your part
• We do not make direct changes to your HubSpot portal without your permission
• Service availability is subject to HubSpot API limitations and maintenance

6. Intellectual Property

The Morphed Intelligence platform, AI algorithms, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Morphed PTY LTD. Generated blueprints and recommendations are provided for your business use.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the service for illegal or unethical marketing practices
• Overwhelming our systems with excessive API requests

8. Limitation of Liability

Morphed PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
